This was not just any horse. Sonny has touched the lives of many people from lesson kids to doing therapeutic riding for disabled children and adults. He was worth his weight in gold; a kind horse with a huge heart and very intelligent. I broke him and owned him for 15 years. He is what equestrians call a heart horse. He was my heart horse, and I was blessed to have found him so young, and in all actuality, he found me. Sonny was dearly loved by me and my children, he even packed me around pregnant with both of my children. He was always the horse to take care of anyone who was around him. This horse and I shared such an unbreakable bond. He loved me unconditionally as I did him. He truly will be missed and there will never be another one like him in my lifetime. Until we meet again big man. I will always love you.
