Sofi came into our lives as a tiny baby, abandoned in a hot parking lot. She was so tiny, she could fit in our hand. She grew into a beautiful 70 pound black lab/pitbull mix. People would ask what breed she was and we’d always just say 100% dog! She was the most gentle, loving, smart, caring dog that we had ever had in our lives. She knew when we were sad and she was there to comfort us. She knew when we were happy, and made us laugh even more. She knew when we were sick, and would lay with us to keep us warm. She never left our side, and we never left hers. She loved being outside, and soaking in the sun, boat rides, and road trips, pizza, and snausages. And she loved us with her unconditional patient love. And we loved her with all of our hearts, and it is a sad, sad day for our family.
Sofi passed away soon after eating a snausage on January 30, 2015, in her mommy and daddy’s arms, and the last words she heard were “you’re such a good girl, Sofi. We love you so much.”
Never take for granted the love you receive. Never miss and opportunity to love back.
You will always be daddy’s girl, Sofi. Always.

Sofi was an awesome girl who loved everyone. She will be missed greatly. We are here for you no matter what. Love Tim, Becky, Desiree, Brooklyn, Lindzi, Baby, and Cooper :)
