“LUCKY” HORSTMAN
Lucky Horstman was born on Palm Sunday, April 16, 2000, and left this world on December 21, 2018. Lucky was born on a family farm near Charlestown, Indiana. His mother was “Minnie,” and one of his litter mates, “Starbucks,” moved to Lebanon, Indiana, in May of that year with him. Lucky and Starbucks were given a loving home by Duane Horstman.
Lucky enjoyed sitting near windows to see what was happening in the world around him. He loved naps and treats and meal time. He also enjoyed visits from Duane’s family, who he knew as grandma, grandpa and aunt. Lucky’s sister passed away in November 2014. Lucky was very affectionate, and leaves behind happy memories of a sweet little cat who enjoyed his family of people.
