Lady Clay

Lady Clay
Destiny’s Lady Electra was born April 13, 2001 and patiently waited to be chosen by her mommy in July. From the moment I saw Lady I knew she was born to be with me. She marched right up to me and made her presence known and of course I had to take her home with me. Lady knew right away she was my little princess. We spent all our time together she went to work with me and never got more than a few feet from my side. Over the years we traveled together all over the Country. Lady has been to all 48 continental states of the US. Lady has rode on a motorcycle, a horse drawn carriage, an 18 wheeler, a speed boat, a ferry, and countless cars. Keep in mind that during each of her travels she always dressed for the occasion. Whether she wore her leather coat, her snow-boots, her Christmas dress, her hand-made sweaters, or one of her countless snugglies she always looked the part. Lady loved her family; always enjoying time with her great-grandmothers, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and countless cousins. Her maw-maw was her best buddy and she adored spending time with her. The holidays were grand times for her she loved hunting for bone filled Easter eggs, watching the fireworks show during the 4th of July, dressing up to trick or treat at Halloween, chasing her cousin Mater at Thanksgiving, and tearing open her gifts after a visit from Santa Paws. Above all Lady was my partner in a grand journey. Through the years Lady was always my faithful friend by my side at every hour. She always knew when I needed her love and was right there to deliver. Later in life Lady became a daddy’s girl and found a place in her heart to share her love with her daddy. Lady had an attitude like no other she was full of love and spunk but was also prissy and very determined. Although it breaks our hearts to let her go we know that she had a full and happy life. She never knew sadness she always felt love and as she drew her last breath she was surrounded by mommy, daddy, and maw maw and felt more love than ever.

Lady will be greatly missed, her personality was identical to Terri. She was smart, loving and knew what she wanted and how to achieve her goal.
