Our sweet Greta Girl was rescued from the wonderful people at the Montgomery County Animal Welfare in Crawfordsville in 2010. Her profile pictures were of her playing in the snow, she was so adorable. We went to meet her and she was so docile as we led her out on a leash to get to know her. We always joked after we brought her home that she must have been sedated because she was quite the vocal and energetic girl when she got to our house. That was okay though because we all loved her so much. She is survived by her bestie ‘Lil Bear who misses her dearly, Yeti her feline friend and of course, her Mommy and Daddy who couldn’t miss her more. Greta Girl has always been the sweetest girl and there are so many stories we could tell to honor her but they are in our heart and she will always be wih us. We love you Greta, you are the best Girlie Girl… you’re now pain free and crossing that rainbow bridge to be with the others that have gone before you. God speed sweet girl, we’ll love you and hold you in our hearts forever.

I’m having a hard time getting over her passing and just wanted to mention how much I miss her, and want the world to know that we are all at a loss of her sweetness and companionship. She is in a better place now and our other pets surely feel the same way. Treat your family like it’s the last day, God’s speed Greta-we will never forget you!?
