I was lucky to have two Mommies that kissed my smooshie face.
A sister to play with even in my slowing pace.
My life was full of love and “snackies” that could be measured by the pound.
Never was there a stranger ever to be found.
Now I sleep peacefully and run like I’m young.
Chasing sweet dreams under the warm and shining sun.
Don’t cry for me, just hold my memory close.
I promise to be with you when you need me the most.
My dear sweet love.
You were a once in a lifetime soul that graced many lives.
You made me laugh at how excited you got when we went “bye byes”.
The hole you left is deep and wide in all our love filled hearts.
I’ll even miss your old foul and stinky farts.
I expect you to be where I left you. But it seems that I forgot.
Only to remember you’re somewhere that I’m not.
