To most who met her, Lucy was a small, fluffy, cute, friendly dog who attracted people and kids wherever we happened to be. She was always willing to give pets, kisses and snuggles to all as they would gather around her. To me, she was so much more. She was my friend, my constant companion, my calming therapist, my sleep partner and the Matriarch of our home, Pom Paradise. She was never far from my side, or I hers. She loved my husband too and all of her fur sisters, but there was never any doubt who she was bonded to. For over 11 years, I was the lucky recipient of all that unconditional love, understanding and so much more. She crossed the Bridge to join her fur sister Koko, and all those precious furry family members that preceded her, on June 13, 2019. She will live on in our hearts and minds until we join her as she waits for us there.
