Standard Plan - $150.00

Includes everything in Standard Package PLUS
- We pick up your pet from the veterinary office or your home
- Choice of oak, cherry or black wood photo urn or classic brass, pewter, raku or slate paw print urn

Traditional Plan - $325
Includes everything in Premium Package PLUS
- Use of chapel for 2 hours
- Preparation of your pet, when applicable
- Preparation and mailing service of invitations to 20 guests
- Memorial folders

Serenity Plan - $425
Includes everything in Traditional Package PLUS
- Use of chapel for 3 hours
- Up to 30 guests

Additional Services
- Pets from 101 to 200 lbs are an additional $50
- Pet drop off after hours (5:00 pm to 9:00 am) weekdays and weekends is an additional $50
- Pet pick up after hours (5:00 pm to 9:00 am) weekdays and weekends is an additional $50
- Holiday pet drop off or pick up is an additional $100
- Transportation in excess of 30 miles from our location is an additional $2.50 per mile one way
- Any plan may be pre-arranged and pre-paid
