Q: What are your business hours?

A: Our normal hours are 700 a.m. to 400 p.m.,
    Monday - Friday (please call for an appointment).

Q: What type and size of pet will you accept?

A: Any domestic or exotic pet up to 2000 lbs.

Q: What happens to cremains that are not claimed?

A: They will be scattered in a community flower garden.

Q: Will they cause any damage or contaminate the soil?

A: No. They are biodegradable.
    ("ashes to ashes and dust to dust")

Q: Do you provide memorial services?

A: Yes.  Services can be tailored to individual or family
    preferences.

Q: How far will you travel to pick up a pet?

A: Within 25 mile radius of Indianapolis. Outside of 25
    miles for a nominal fee.

Q: How do you determine the size of the Urn?

A: Varies due to the size of the pet.

Q: Are the Urns sealed?

A: Some urns are capable of being sealed.

Q: When can I expect to receive my pets cremains?

A: Our policy is 48 - 72 hours after we receive your pet.

Q: Are there any fillers added to the ashes when you
    finish?

A: No.  Your pets ashes are all that are returned.

Q: What if my pet passes away on the weekend or
     after hours?

A: We suggest you take your pet to your preferred
    veterinarians office or a pet emergency care facility. 
    Then contact us and we will make the necessary
    arrangements for pick-up.

Q: Do you provide human cremation services?

A: No. Our affiliate, Indiana Memorial Cremation Service,
    Inc. provides human cremation services to all funeral
    homes.
